Initial Card State

  1.   Rograkh in hand or in the command zone.
  2.  Decaying Soil and Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying ({0} magic symbol)   plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
