Initial Card State

  1.   Rograkh in hand or in the command zone.
  2.  Decaying Soil and Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have at least seven cards in your graveyard.
  2. You have enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable.

Steps

  1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying ({0} magic symbol)   plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  3. When Rograkh dies, Decaying Soil triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to return Rograkh to your hand from your graveyard.
