Steps

  1. Activate
    Opposition
    Opposition     by tapping an untapped creature you control, tapping a creature an opponent controls.
  2. Verity Circle
    Verity Circle     triggers, causing you to draw a card.
  3. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a creature you control.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this loop during each turn.

Results

  1. Tap all creatures opponents control during each turn.
