Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying three generic mana, blinking Felothar.
  2. When Felothar enters the battlefield, it and Blessed Sanctuary trigger.
  3. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating a token.
  4. Resolve the Felothar trigger, causing you to sacrifice a nonland permanent and put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one generic mana.
  6. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. The combo does not put infinite +1/+1 counters on Felothar, Crystalline Crawler or Cryptic Trilobite.
