  2. Birgi and Displacer Kitten trigger, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
  3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
  5. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
  6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
  7. Repeat.
