Steps

  2. Activate Meria's second ability by tapping two artifacts, exiling Sensei's Divining Top with the ability to play it until end of turn.
  3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying ({0} magic symbol)   due to Urza.
  4. Ravenous Robots triggers, creating a 1/1 Robot artifact creature token.
  5. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions token.
  6. Repeat.
