Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Putrid Goblin without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Skirk Prospector by sacrificing Putrid Goblin.
  2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability and Gorma trigger.
  3. Resolve the Gorma trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Resolve the Putrid Goblin trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Gorma.
  5. Repeat.
