Easy Prerequisites
- Blim does not have summoning sickness and cannot be blocked by an opponent.
Steps
- Deal combat damage to an opponent with Blim.
- Blim triggers, causing you to give control of Moderation to an opponent, then causing each player to lose life and discard cards equal to the number of permanents they control but do not own.
- Whenever the opponent that controls Moderation casts a spell from their hand, Knowledge Pool triggers, exiling that spell.
- Because Moderation prevents the opponent from casting more than one spell each turn, the opponent cannot cast the spell permitted by Knowledge Pool, or any other spell that turn.
Results
- Target opponent can only cast one spell per turn.
- Exile all spells cast from target opponent's hand.
