Prerequisites

Steps
- At the beginning of each upkeep, Awakening andSands of Time trigger.
- If it is your turn, resolve the Sands of Time trigger, untapping each tapped permanent and tapping each untapped permanent.
- Resolve the Awakening trigger, untapping all creatures and lands.
- If it is not your turn, resolve the Sands of Time trigger, untapping each tapped permanent and tapping each untapped permanent.
- Repeat during each turn.
Results
- Tap all lands and creatures opponents control during each of your upkeep steps.
- Tap all lands and creatures during each opponent's upkeep step.
