Initial Card State

  3.  Revolutionist in exile (exiled by Abdel Adrian).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have any number of other nonland permanents that enter the battlefield untapped, and that can collectively tap to produce enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem exiled by Abdel Adrian.

Steps

  1. Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
  2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
  3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
  4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
  6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
  7. Repeat.
