Initial Card State

  1.  Splash Portal in hand.
  2.  Abdel Adrian on the battlefield.
  3.  Repository Skaab in exile (exiled by Abdel Adrian).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You have a number of nonland permanents exiled by Abdel Adrian that enter the battlefield untapped and that can tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .

Mana Needed

  1. ({U} magic symbol)   available.

Steps

  1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
  2. Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing all cards exiled with it to be returned to the battlefield. Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab's exploit ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, exploiting another creature and triggering its second ability.
  4. Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning Splash Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling the mana producing permanent(s) and Repository Skaab and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
  7. Repeat.
