Steps

  1. Activate Emiel by paying three generic mana, blinking Ruthless Technomancer.
  2. When Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice a nontoken creature you control with power seven or greater, and create at least seven Treasure, seven Food, and seven Clue artifact tokens.
  3. Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding five generic manaone black mana.
  4. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying two generic manaone black mana and sacrificing at least seven artifacts, returning a nontoken creature you control with power seven or greater from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
