Steps

  1. Cast Infested Thrinax by paying three generic manaone black manaone green mana.

  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Squee, adding one red mana.
  4. When Squee dies, Infested Thrinax triggers, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
