Initial Card State

  1.  Grinding Station on the battlefield.
  2.  Technomancer in your graveyard.

Steps

  1. Cast Sharuum either from your hand or from the command zone by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)   plus commander tax if applicable.
  2. When Sharuum enters the battlefield, it and Grinding Station trigger, with Sharuum targeting Technomancer.
  3. Resolve the Grinding Station trigger, untapping it.
  4. Holding priority, activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Sharuum.
  5. Resolve the Sharuum trigger, returning Technomancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. When Technomancer enters the battlefield, it and Grinding Station trigger.
  7. Resolve the Grinding Station trigger, untapping it.
  8. Holding priority, activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Technomancer.
  9. Resolve the Technomancer trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Sharuum from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  10. Repeat from step 2.
