Steps

  1. Cast Ornithopter by paying zero mana.
  2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus.
  3. Resolve the Ornithopter spell. Then, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Ornithopter, putting a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Train and causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.
