Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Young Wolf without a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Young Wolf.
  2. When Young Wolf dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Young Wolf.
  4. When Young Wolf dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  5. Young Wolf enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
