Initial Card State

  1.  Dominion Saboteur and Aerie Ouphes on the battlefield (Dominion Saboteur as a copy of Aerie Ouphes and without a -1/-1 counter on it and Aerie Ouphes with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Dominion Saboteur by sacrificing it.
  2. When Dominion Saboteur dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. As it enters, choose to have it copy Aerie Ouphes, and then also enter with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Resolve the Dominion Saboteur ability from step 1.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite creature LTB.
  3. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
