Steps

  1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least four generic manaone green manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  2. Cast Palinchron by paying five generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  3. When Palinchron enters, it and Bramble Sovereign trigger.
  4. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Holding priority, activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least four generic manaone green manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Resolve the Bramble Sovereign trigger, causing you to pay one generic manaone green mana to create a token copy of Palinchron.
  7. When the token Palinchron enters, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  8. Activate the nontoken Palinchron by paying two generic manaone blue manaone blue mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  9. Repeat.
