Steps

  2. Cast Palinchron by paying ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Animar triggers, getting a +1/+1 counter.
  4. Palinchron enters the battlefield, triggering itself, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Pay ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   to Palinchron, returning it to hand.
  6. Repeat.
  7. If your lands can tap for an additional mana, this combo produces infinite mana.
