Steps

  1. Activate Tromell by paying one generic mana and tapping it, causing you to put at least three charge counters on Gemstone Array.
  2. Activate Gemstone Array three times by removing three charge counters from it, adding two generic manaone blue mana.
  3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying one blue mana, untapping Tromell.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite charge counters on a permanent.
  3. Infinite proliferate.
