Steps

  1. Activate Tolarian Academy by tapping it, adding at least one blue manaone blue mana .
  2. Activate your additional land by tapping it, adding one generic mana.
  3. Activate Hope Tender's last ability by paying one generic mana, tapping it, and exerting it, untapping Tolarian Academy and a land that can tap for mana.
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Hope Tender.
  5. Repeat any number of times.

Results

  1. Infinite mana lands you control can produce.
  2. Infinite blue mana.
  3. Infinite untap of lands you control.
