Steps

  1. Cast Beck by paying one green manaone blue mana.
  2. Draw a card.
  3. Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay one generic mana to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
  4. When the Tentacle enters the battlefield, Beck triggers.
  5. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Tentacle, adding one generic mana.
  6. Resolve the Beck trigger, causing you to draw a card.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
