Steps

  1. Activate Dimir Aqueduct by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)   .
  2. Activate your additional land by tapping it, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Hope Tender's last ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , tapping it, and exerting it, untapping Dimir Aqueduct and a land that can tap for mana.
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping Hope Tender.
  5. Repeat any number of times.

Results

  1. Infinite mana lands you control can produce.
  2. Infinite untap of lands you control.
  3. Infinite blue mana.
  4. Infinite black mana.
