Initial Card State

  1.  Preston Garvey and Hellkite Charger on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Enchanted permanents you control can tap to produce at least five generic manaone red mana.
  2. You control at least one land that does not have a Settlement token attached to it, or enchanted permanents you control can tap to produce at least five generic manaone red manaone red mana.
  3. An opponent cannot block and kill Preston or Hellkite Charger.

Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Preston's first ability triggers, putting a Settlement Aura token onto the battlefield attached to a land you control.
  2. Declare Preston and Hellkite Charger as attackers.
  3. Preston's second ability and Hellkite Charger trigger.
  4. Resolve the Preston trigger, untapping each enchanted permanent you control.
  5. Activate any number of enchanted permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least five generic manaone red manaone red mana.
  6. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay five generic manaone red manaone red mana to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  7. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite combat phases.
  2. Infinite untap of enchanted permanents you control.
