Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase,
    Valduk, Keeper of the Flame
    Valduk     triggers, creating at least seven 3/1 Elemental creature tokens with trample and haste.
  2. Declare
    Hellkite Charger
    Hellkite Charger     as an attacker, triggering its ability.
  3. Holding priority, activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     seven times by sacrificing seven Elementals, adding ({5} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve the
    Hellkite Charger
    Hellkite Charger     trigger, causing you to pay ({5} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   to untap all attacking creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  5. Repeat each combat phase.
