Initial Card State

Steps

  2. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, tapping target creature an opponent controls.
  3. Hylda of the Icy Crown
    Hylda of the Icy Crown     triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to scry 2 and draw two cards.
  4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  5. Repeat.
  6. You may also repeat this loop during each turn.
