Steps

  1. Cast Cloudshift either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({W} magic symbol)  , targeting Bloodwater Entity.
  2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Resolve Cloudshift, blinking Bloodwater Entity.
  4. Bloodwater Entity enters the battlefield, putting Cloudshift on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({W} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
