Initial Card State

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Cast Flickering Ward by paying one white mana, attaching it to any creature you control.
  2. Flickering Ward enters the battlefield, triggering Historian's Boon's first ability, creating two 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the creature with Flickering Ward attached and a Soldier token, adding one white manaone white mana.
  4. Activate Flickering Ward by paying one white mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
