Steps

  1. When an opponent controls a nontoken creature, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature.
  2. When the creature dies, The Serpent Society triggers, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature.
  3. When the opposing creature(s) die, Overseer of the Damned triggers that many times, creating that many tapped 2/2 Zombie creature tokens that will have deathtouch due to Archetype of Finality.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  5. Repeat as needed.

Results

  1. Each opponent sacrifices all nontoken creatures they control.
  2. Each opponent sacrifices any nontoken creature that enters under their control.
