Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Nether Traitor dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding one mana of any color.
  4. When the Pest dies, it and Nether Traitor trigger.
  5. Resolve the Pest trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
  6. Resolve the Nether Traitor trigger, causing you to pay ({B} magic symbol)   to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat.
