Steps

  1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Displace by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Scrivener and Palinchron.
  3. When Scrivener and Palinchron enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger.
  4. Resolve the Scrivener trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you control seven lands that can tap to produce at least ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , this combo nets infinite mana, and you may blink any other permanent besides Palinchron.
