Steps

  1. Activate Utopia Mycon's second ability by sacrificing a Saproling, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. When the creature dies, Battle of Hoover Dam triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on Ulasht.
  3. Activate Ulasht's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite ETB.
  2. Infinite death triggers.
  3. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
  4. Infinite LTB.
