Steps
- Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling that spell.
- Because Archon of Emeria prevents players from casting more than one spell each turn, players cannot cast the spell permitted byEye of the Storm, or any other spell that turn.

- Exile all instant and sorcery spells players cast.
- Players can only cast one spell per turn.
