Steps

  1. Activate Nardole by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast noncreature spells.
  2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Nardole.
  4. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return Mystic Speculation to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. If Nardole has at least four counters on it, this combo nets infinite ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast noncreature spells, and you may target any other creature using Chakram Retriever's trigger.
