  3. You control a permanent that can tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. A player has at least three cards in hand.

Steps

  1. Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Jace's Archivist
    Jace's Archivist     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and tapping it, causing each player to discard their hand and draw cards equal to the greatest number of cards discarded this way.
  3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping
    Jace's Archivist
    Jace's Archivist     and the mana-producing permanent.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite draw triggers for all players.
  2. Infinite rummaging for all players.
  3. Infinite self-discard triggers for all players.
  4. Near-infinite mana permanents you control can produce.
