Steps
- Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling that spell and allowing the player to copy each spell exiled byEye of the Storm and cast them from exile.
- Because Drannith Magistrate prevents opponent from playing spells from anywhere but their hands, they cannot cast the copies made byEye of the Storm.
