Steps

- Resolve the Putrid Goblin trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and a vigilance counter on it.
- Resolve the Sengir trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
- Activate Tayam by paying ({3} magic symbol) , removing a +1/+1 counter fromSengir, and both counters fromPutrid Goblin.
- Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificingPutrid Goblin, adding ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) .
- Repeat steps 2-4 one additional time.

- Repeat.
