Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Putrid Goblin without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. The top card of your library is a nonland card.

Steps

  1. Activate Goblin Sledder by sacrificing Putrid Goblin.
  2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Putrid Goblin enters, Captain Kathryn Janeway triggers, revealing the top card of your library, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin and then putting the card back on top of your library.
  4. Resolve the Goblin Sledder ability.
  5. Repeat.
