Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Putrid Goblin without a -1/-1 counter on it and Warden of the Grove with a counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Goblin Sledder by sacrificing Putrid Goblin.
  2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Putrid Goblin enters, Warden of the Grove triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin.
  4. Resolve the Goblin Sledder ability.
  5. Repeat.

  2. Infinite LTB.
  3. Infinite death triggers.
  4. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
