Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Twilight Drover with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Activate Twilight Drover by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating two 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens and two 1/1 Spirit creature tokens with flying.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three in any combination of Spirits and/or Squirrels, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  3. When the Spirits and Squirrels die, Twilight Drover triggers three times, putting three +1/+1 counters on itself.
  4. Repeat.
