Steps

  1. Declare your commander as an attacker.

  3. Resolve the first

    Rafiq     trigger, giving your commander +1/+1 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve the second

    Rafiq     trigger, giving your commander double strike until end of turn.
  5. Deal combat damage to an opponent using your commander, causing at least twenty-two damage to be dealt.
  6. The opponent loses the game due to being dealt twenty-one or more damage by your commander.
