Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cult Conscript, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Cult Conscript dies, Bhaal triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Cryptic Trilobite and goading it.
  3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  4. Activate Cult Conscript by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  , returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  5. Repeat.
