Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Iron League Steed without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Iron League Steed.
  2. When Iron League Steed dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Iron League Steed enters, its fabricate ability and Blasting Station trigger.
  4. Resolve the Iron League Steed trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  7. Repeat.
