Initial Card State

  1.  Rancor in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Cast Rancor by paying ({G} magic symbol)  , attaching it to Endless Cockroaches.
  2. When Rancor enters the battlefield, Composer of Spring triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Endless Cockroaches, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  4. When Endless Cockroaches dies, it and Rancor trigger.
  5. Resolve the Rancor trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
  6. Resolve the Endless Cockroaches trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
  7. Resolve the Composer of Spring ability from step 2, putting Endless Cockroaches onto the battlefield from your hand.
  8. Repeat.
