Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Builder's Talent is level 2 or higher and Persist Creature without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the Persist Creature.
  2. When the Persist Creature dies, its persist ability and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
  3. Resolve the Persist Creature trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  4. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer ability, creating a Treasure token.
  5. When the Treasure token enters the battlefield, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Persist Creature.
  6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
  7. Repeat.
