Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Fertilid
    Fertilid     has at least one +1/+1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Fertilid
    Fertilid     by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, searching your library for a basic land card and putting it onto the battlefield tapped.
  2. When the land enters the battlefield,
    Bristly Bill, Spine Sower
    Bristly Bill    ,
    Lotus Cobra
    Lotus Cobra     and
    Tireless Provisioner
    Tireless Provisioner     trigger.
  3. Resolve the
    Bristly Bill, Spine Sower
    Bristly Bill     trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on
    Fertilid
    Fertilid    .
  4. Resolve the
    Lotus Cobra
    Lotus Cobra     and
    Tireless Provisioner
    Tireless Provisioner     triggers, adding ({G} magic symbol)   and creating a Treasure token.
  5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.

Results
