Steps

- Resolve the Elenda trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to Elenda's power.
- Resolve the Felisa trigger, creating a number of 2/1 Inkling creature tokens equal to the number of counters on Elenda.
- Cast Elenda from the command zone by paying ({2} magic symbol) ({W} magic symbol) ({B} magic symbol) and commander tax, if applicable.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Vampire or an Inkling, adding ({WB} magic symbol) .
