Notable Prerequisites

  1. Pemmin's Aura attached to Clever Conjurer.
  2. Utopia Sprowl attached to a basic Forest you control.
  3. "Blue" chosen with Utopia Sprawl.
  4. Clever Conjurer does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Activate the Forest with Utopia Sprowl attached, adding at least one green mana.
  2. Utopia Sprowl triggers, adding one blue mana.
  3. Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, untapping the land.
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Clever Conjurer.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite green mana.
