Steps

  3. Resolve the Phyrexian Altar ability.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji.
  5. When Junji dies, it and Blood Artist trigger.
  6. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
  7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
  8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  9. Resolve the Phyrexian Altar ability.
  10. Repeat.
