Steps

  1. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and sacrificing Young Wolf.
  2. Blood Artist and Young Wolf's undying ability trigger.
  3. Resove the Blood Artist trigger, causing a player to lose 1 life and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Resolve Young Wolf's undying ability, returning Young Wolf from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Ghave ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Cryptic Trilobite.
  6. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  7. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from Young Wolf, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
